He was accepted as Staff on the same day he joined the Bloxay's Community Discord server on the 9th of July 2021 and began as a Moderator, meaning he was Staff for 548 days or 1 year, 5 months, and 30 days including the end date.

Introduction to community and early days of Staff

D34K1N joined the Bloxay's Community Discord server on the 9th of July, 2021. He was the 26th member to join the server. He sent his first message at 1:22 PM AEST and applied for BC Staff on the same day. He was accepted as Staff and began as a Moderator.

Drama and eventual resignation and departure from community

December 2022 Arguments and Apology

On the 29th of December 2022 D34K1N and Bloxay had a private argument in Direct Messages on Discord. The following day, Bloxay started an argument about D34K1N and Cloudge's friendship with each other. This "soured" the relationship between Bloxay and D34K1N, however, they resumed being friends. The two arguments were resolved by Bloxay apologising privately in D34K1N's Direct Messages on the 31st of December. During this time, Bloxay understood that their friendship had worsened and began preparations to demote D34K1N on the 18th of January, one day after Bloxay would return from his holiday.

January 2023 Resignation & Statements

Although Bloxay was preparing to demote D34K1N on the 18th of January, he thought that this could result in unnecessary conflict in the BC Discord server, and as such, on the 6th of January, 2023 Bloxay privately urged D34K1N to resign from the BC Leadership Team and Staff Team. It is unclear if D34K1N took this seriously or not, but he did not resign on that day.

On the 7th of January, 2023 (AEST), D34K1N resigned from Bloxay's Community Leadership Team and Staff Team, and departed from the community entirely on the same day.

Bloxay released a statement about the resignation and departure from community on the same day:

"Today D34K1N left Bloxay's Community. Whilst I don't want to be dramatic, I would like to say a few words about this since some members may have questions or concerns. 

As mentioned above, D34K1N left Bloxay's Community. This was his own choice, however, the relationship between me and him had soured in recent times. I made the decision to demote him on the 18th of January about a week ago following some actions we both made, but decided to push him to retire yesterday. He has now left and privately stated that he "likely won't be back". 

Whilst I cannot say that in recent times D34K1N's private actions were good, I want to thank him for his over one year of time spent in Bloxay's Community Staff Team. 

Further actions will occur in due course. I cannot provide any further statements or messages about D34K1N at this time."
